以吉林省最大湿地保留区镇赉县为研究区,基于1980—2018年8期土地利用数据,采用网格分析法研究湿地景观格局变化规律及景观指数与人为干扰度的关系。结果表明:(1)镇赉县湿地面积减少290.7 km2,水体、滩地、沼泽变化率分别为-0.45,-2.97和-4.84 km2·a-1。(2)镇赉县湿地率(PLAND)下降6.1%,且从西北部向东南部逐渐递增;斑块数量(NP)与斑块平均面积(AREA_MN)均呈先上升后下降的趋势,东南部湿地景观破碎化加剧,中部破碎化减缓;湿地连通度的空间分布格局为西北向东南递增,斑块结合度指数(COHESION)在中部地区显著增加,在东南部地区缓慢降低。(3)镇赉县湿地人为干扰度逐渐增强、耕地面积的增加和交通网的扩张是镇赉县湿地面积萎缩、景观破碎化加剧和连通度降低的主要人为原因。人为干扰度与NP呈显著正相关,与PLAND、AREA_MN、COHESION均呈负相关。稳定西南部和东北部耕地中湿地斑块,进一步加强中部湿地水体连通性,排查东南部湿地核心区违规建筑,实施分区治理,加强对镇赉县现有湿地的保护,以期实现区域可持续发展。 相似文献

In this paper, we introduce a novel salient region detection algorithm by using background priors. Because of the fact that superpixel is perceptually more meaningful than pixel, and which can reduce the complexity of image processing, we use the superpixel algorithm to reprocess original images. In addition, we hold the point that the colors in the image boundary could mainly represent all background colors, hence we compute the color contrast between the intern colors and the boundary colors. Since the nearer the patches are close to center, the more they affect other patches, we propose a new distribution-based model. Finally, experimental results demonstrate that the proposed method outperforms the state-of-the-art approaches. 相似文献

A single microbead‐based fluorescence imaging (SBFI) strategy that enables detection of protein kinase activity from single cell lysates is reported. We systematically investigated the ability of various rare earth (RE) ions, immobilized on the microbead, for specific capturing of kinase‐induced phosphopeptides, and Dy3+ was found to be the most prominent one. Through the efficient concentration of kinase‐induced fluorescent phosphopeptides on a Dy3+‐functionalized single microbead, kinase activity can be detected and quantified by reading the fluorescence on the microbead with a confocal fluorescence microscope. Owing to the extremely specific recognition of Dy3+ towards phosphopeptides and the highly‐concentrated fluorescence accumulation on only one microbead, ultrahigh sensitivity has been achieved for the SBFI strategy which allows direct kinase analysis at the single‐cell level. 相似文献

First, by means of decomposed ul-Q-relations between ordered semigroups we give a general characterization for the homomorphisms between power-set Q-algebras. Two novel tetra-armed conjugated microporous polymers with different geometries have been designed and synthesized via Suzuki-Miyaura cross coupling polycondensation. Both polymers are stable in various organic solvents tested and are thermally stable. The pyrene-containing polymer of PrPy with the rigid pyrene unit shows a higher Brunauer-Emmet-Teller specific surface area of 1219 m2 g?1 than the tetraphenylethylene-containing polymer of PrTPE (770 m2 g?1), which leads to a high CO2 uptake ability of 3.89 mmol g?1 at 1.13 bar/273 K and a H2 uptake ability of 1.69 wt% at 1.13 bar/77 K. The photocatalytic hydrogen production experiments revealed that PrPy also shows a better photocatalytic performance than PrTPE due to the higher conjugation degree and planar structure, the broader UV-visible (UV-Vis) absorption, the lower photoluminescence lifetime, and the higher specific surface area. 相似文献

Designing the low cost, active, durable, and alcohol-tolerant cathode catalysts towards the oxygen reduction reaction(ORR) is significant for the large-scale commercialization of direct alcohol fuel cells.Recently, Pd-based nanocrystals have attracted attention as Pt-alternative cathode catalysts towards the ORR in the alkaline electrolyte. Unfortunately, the pristine Pd-based nanocrystals lack the selectivity towards the ORR due to their inherent activity for the alcohol molecule oxidation reaction in the alkaline electrolyte. In this work, polyethyleneimine(PEI) modified Au Pd alloy nanocrystals with Au-rich Au Pd alloy cores and Pd-rich Pd Au alloy shells(AuPd@PdAu-PEI) are successfully synthesized using a traditional chemical reduction method in presence of PEI. The rotating disk electrode(RDE) technique is applied to evaluate the ORR performance of AuPd@PdAu-PEI nanocrystals. Compared with commercial Pd black,AuPd@PdAu-PEI nanocrystals show significantly enhanced activity and durability towards the ORR, and simultaneously exhibit particular alcohol tolerance towards the ORR in the alkaline electrolyte. 相似文献
